Hey Friends! This is Emily from Hey Friend Design Shop. I’m back this week to share these amazingly simple Primary & School Teacher Thank You Cards. . The month of May and all the craziness of the end of the school year is in full force. As a mom of school aged children, I’m counting the remaining days with equal parts excitement and dread for the approaching summer.
